Bryan & Jen’s Family Session in the Studio

This family is very dear to me.  I have enjoyed being able to photograph so many of their milestones–Bryan & Jen’s wedding, their son as he’s grown and continues to grow, and now these adorable twins.  As I was looking through all the photos after the session, I kept catching myself grinning.  So much cuteness at one time!  I can’t believe how time flies and in just a few short years how this family has grown to what it is today.

The session was filled with balls bouncing, lots of giggling, a little crying, and lots and lots of love.  I have a feeling that is a small taste of their busy days everyday.  Bryan & Jen, thank you for sharing these moments and these sweet children.

Mini Sessions

Last month we held mini sessions here at the studio.  I couldn’t share these right away since so many would be used in Christmas cards but am thrilled to post them now.  We set up a number of backgrounds and had a blast photographing several families.  Here are just some of my favorites.

Look for several mini session days this year as well.

One Year Cake-Smash Session

It’s been so fun watching this little girl grow.  Jen & Brian chose the baby plan after little T was born and I’ve had the privilege of photography her since.  It’s hard to believe a year has already gone by.

We held the session here at the studio and then a nearby park, Wingfoot Lake Park. Brian & Jen had lots of ideas and really wanted to capture T in a few different settings including a cake smash session.  I’ve done many of these and I have to say…this little cutie was the only one who has ever decided to clean up her own mess!  So sweet.  🙂

Thanks again Brian & Jen for trusting me with these special moments.

Home & Park Family Session in Canton

Brian & Jen have taken advantage of my Baby Plan.  That means I will get to see this cutie every few months to capture her growing.  I get to work with so many families that become so dear to me and this family is no exception.  I was lucky enough to photograph Brian & Jen’s wedding a couple years ago.  And now, watching them as a family is a special blessing.

We started the session in their home.  I recommend home sessions to really capture the everyday moments of your life.  It’s fun to look back and remember things as they were when as little one grows.  We then traveled to a nearby park in Jackson for a different look.  It was crazy windy that day but we still managed to get some great shots.  Don’t you think?
