Little Fingers and Little Toes and so much Hair!

I am so happy to share that Jeff & Kelli had their little guy a couple weeks ago and he is adorable!  All newborns are pretty amazing, but this guys is just so precious.  Check out all that hair!

I had such a wonderful time spending the morning with the three of them and holding this little man.  He wasn’t a big fan of falling asleep but he was so sweet nonetheless.  (I think he may have been staying up for his formal event.)

Mini Golf Engagement Session at Wingfoot Lake Park

We wanted to capture Don & Jackie’s love of fun…so an engagement session at Wingfoot Lake’s Mini Golf Course seemed like the perfect location. They enjoy life and love amusement parks, wineries, theaters, but most of all, they love each other.  …She’s a little more serious and he’s a little more silly.  Together though, they make a sweet couple who clearly adore each other.

Jeff & Kelly’s Adorable Maternity Photographs in Cuyahoga Valley

I couldn’t have been more excited when Kelli contacted me to share that she was expecting and wanted me to photograph her maternity session.  Kelli and I went to high school together and have run into each other from time to time but it was so great to catch up and meet her husband and their little man to be.

Kelli has always been filled with enthusiasm and I was so glad to see that hasn’t changed.  I just know she and Jeff are going to be amazing parents to this little guy.  Jeff & Kelli, I wish you both so many blessings on your new family.  I can’t wait to meet him.

Katie’s Akron Area Senior Pictures and Kittens

This beautiful girl you see below is my cousin’s daughter.  I am lucky enough to have a ginormous family which is such a blessing but sometimes I don’t get to spend much time with each individual.  So, it was extra fun photographing Katie and hearing more about her life.  She is about to graduate with a cosmetology license and work her way through college in pursuit of a career in fashion merchandising.  She’s so hardworking and driven, I can’t wait to see where life takes her.

We headed out to Larry’s Stables in Kent to capture Katie with her Grandma’s horses and then scheduled an appointment at the studio in Mogadore for another day.  Her session was more adventurous that most though because when we headed outside the studio for some outdoor shots I realized our* cat was having kittens.  Katie and her sister Kasey were so good as I panicked and freaked out.  Long story short, we are now the proud cat-sitters for four new kittens and Katie & Kasey will soon be taking one home.  (Right Katie?) *”our” denotes the stray cat that decided to live outside our house
